Aug 7, 2018 · Definitely. Although the water table will trap a lot of the typical particulates that come from plasma cutting, it’s worth using a respirator. I use one that fits under my faceshield. It’s especially important if you do galvanized metals. I wear shaded glasses when doing quick work and the face shield & respirator when monitoring a long job.

NOTE: Orifice hole size 1mm = .03937". 20 amp tip - 0.6mm/.025" - 15 to 20 amps - 50 to 55 psi. 30 amp tip - 0.8mm/.030" - 21 to 30 amps - 55 to 60 psi.

Papyrus comes to mind Any font with extremely fine detail flourishes or stroke portions can lose those details when the plasma’s kerf is accounted for.

It was at the point that there was dross built up so much on both sides of the sheet metal, the cuts were wavy, and the nozzle was accumulating molten metal. Feb 16, 2020 · the pro table has nothing to do with cut rates. all the pro is, is a larger table. the cut rates are dependent on the plasma cutter, which has been covered already. I understand. I purchased the Razorweld cut 45 as well as many others. Langmuir must have some settings pretty much locked down by now using the pro table.

Apr 30, 2019 · We typically recommend cutting on 240V, fyi. The largest circles are .28 inches in diameter, and the smaller ones are .124 inches in diameter. We are planning on cutting on 240V soon, we are just waiting to change out our 240V outlet to the Nema 6-50R type that the plasma accepts. Currently, the outlet doesn’t match the plug on the plasma.
