Hello .... no, you can not call 3 days before .... you have to do it 24 hours ... you leave your name and they ask you at what time it suits you to arrive to a guided tour ... another day you arrive 10 or 15 minutes before and at the entrance table they check your passport ... do not forget it because without it you will not be able to enter ..... take a taxi and ask it to take you to the pavilion of the Parliament and leaves you at the entrance .... do not worry, everyone knows where the entrance is ..... be careful, take a taxi from the company and not private as they are expensive .... good luck ...
